Our host and hostess Ken and Cheryl Marks open their beautiful canine facility and grounds to celebrate dogs and responsible dog owners. We start the day with the traditional pet parade. Followed by educational demos including basic training techniques, agility demo, different breed exhibits, Guiding eye dog demo, search and rescue team demo and the blessing of the animals. Some adoptions are available and breed groups showing animals. There is Canine Good Citizen testing available with pre-registration.
Canine massage therapist and aromatherapist on hand to introduce you to services and products you may not have ever seen before. We offer an animal communicator to help with issues your dog may be trying to tell you about. There are groomers and trainers, breeders and pet product samples and information. We have fun canine games with prizes for the hot dog eating contest, best trick, tail wagging contest, kissing contest and best costume. There are dog products and cookie vendors and fun to be had by all. Everyone is invited to bring family, friends and pets for a day of fun, food and games.
